There had to be at least 20,000 people who couldn't their fat asses off the couch or away from a video poker machine to see a really exciting game. I can't imagine what it will take to get them out. This game was for bowl eligibility, against a foe that usually kicks our ass, and for a fifth win in a row ( something it appears hasn't been done in 39 years ).

Foodies: for you

I grilled up some deer ribs, some organic chicken, wild bore hind leg. The wife decided to chopped up the meats and put it into a vermecllii salad with lettuce, bean sprouts, bell peppers, peanut, assorted of mints and herbs. Top it off with some sweet cane sugar (brown) and fish sauce. Ghost, reapers and bird poops peppers on the side.

MWC Championship Scenario

Just in case we need to know.

Game is played on December 2nd! (Save the Date)

Hosted by the Team with the Highest Conference Win Pct.

We really don't want to Tie anyone. It starts to get very confusing if 2 or more Tie.

TIE BETWEEN TWO TEAMS:
1. Head-to-head result between the tied teams.
a. If the tied teams did not play each other, go to step 2.
2. Highest CFP Selection Committee Ranking (or composite of selected computer rankings).
a. If one team is ranked in the latest available CFP Selection Committee Ranking (November 21) and
wins on the final weekend of the regular season, they will be declared a participant (and/or host). If,
in that same scenario, the one ranked team in the latest available CFP Selection Committee Ranking
loses in the final weekend of the regular season, a composite average of selected computer rankings
after all games conclude the final weekend of the regular season will be used to determine the
participant and/or host;
- OR -
b. If both teams are ranked in the latest available CFP Selection Committee Ranking (November 21), the
highest-ranked team that wins on the final weekend of the regular season will be declared a participant
(and/or host);
If neither of the ranked teams win in the final weekend of the regular season, a composite average of
selected computer rankings after all games conclude the final weekend of the regular season will be
used to determine the participant (and/or host);
- OR -
c. If neither team is ranked in the latest available CFP Selection Committee Ranking (November 21)
going into the final weekend of the regular season, a composite average of selected computer rankings
after all games conclude the final weekend of the regular season will be used to determine the
participants (and/or host).

COLORADO OT

This isn't a Coach Prime bash. I said in another thread he would get showered with excessive praise for anything good he did at CU. He's also going to get lambasted in certain circles unfairly for any setbacks. Its the nature of things for polarizing figures.

His first season at CU is already a success regardless of how the rest plays out.

That said, the loss to a 1-4 Stanford team, at home, with a 29 point halftime lead is....bad. Like really bad..

UNLV Football: Where can we go?

With Coach Barry Odom, he is talking about National Championship. The first step, can we retain Coach Marion for the duration? How about Coach Scherer ...our DC? Can we keep Coach Odom at UNLV?

IMO, let play to the end of the season then figure it out. Marion will probably gone but I hope he stays because Karson Gordon is still committed to UNLV. He is Coach Marions's QB recruit. The kid runs 4.4 in 40yd The kid is balanced on the roll and throw a dart on while scrambling. He squared up.

Mtn West Rivals boards

Damn you all don't like Rivals much (UNLV the exception). Went to all the (8) sites, only one seemed halfway active but the message board was behind the paywall. The rest, years old. The others must flock to 247 (brand X to us) or SBNation (Brand Y). We have the best Coug message board, although it meanders way off the Football track often.

Our football board is open. Wazzuwatch. If you stop by, ignore all the posts about my private part. I posted one tongue in cheek (but true :) ) comment about my prowess with the ladies months ago, and they won't let it go.

Look forward to conversing as this Pac2 nightmare evolves.

Football on TV

I dont know if this is correct or not? Some said that we have football everyday for 48 straight days from here on out. They said that 2 days ago. Life is exciting!
By the way, Runnin' Rebs ball will be playing Florida State on Nov 20 (Monday) in Daytona, FL. If they win that, Championship is Nov 11 (Tues)...more likely against Colorado. Yeah man, we need the Boone twins there in full strengths.

Been awhile since I've been on here but Just want to say thanks!

I always come on here and read all the posts after Rebel games and during the off seasons and lately it's been good, but for the most part it's mostly negative with a mix of hopes and dreams. The one thing that is the most consistent of all though is that it's mostly the same die hard Rebel fans posting for their school and I can't thank you guys enough. It's so nice (even though I haven't posted in awhile due to laziness in resetting my password) to come on here and see if I'm totally nuts in how I feel/what I see on the field or court, and most of the time someone on here makes me feel better about myself lol.

Long story short I love y'all because I can see you love this school as much as I do, and even if I have no one to talk to at times it's always super refreshing to come on here and see people with the same passion/love for the things I love. Please don't stop posting because I'm definitely reading all of them (except the confid. board, maybe one day).

Let's beat CSU, and hope everyone has an awesome week leading up to the game!
