In our losses we are averaging 29% from three. In our wins we are 40 % from three.

It makes sense since our team rebounding is so bad we need to sink the long shot to win. Unless we make a huge jump in getting the boards you'll be able to tell if we are going to win by seeing if our shots beyond the ARC are falling. Also, DTJ penetrates a lot and then looks to find the open man for the three. I'd like to see him finish at the basket more and make the shot or get fouled.

I'll wait until the dust settles tonight, but I'll have some intel/stories on how the cookie crumbled for some of our recruits/signess like how I broke down the DJ Thomas commitment. Be patient and see yall back here tonight at 7pm!

Things old men do story. So..............

I'm headed into the Mandalay Bay parking garage to park for the Friday Wyoming game. There is a line for the Parking Ticket Machine but not too bad. When it's my turn I pull up and insert my "M-Life" parking card. The machine took my card but then spit it out hard enough that I missed it and it fell down to the pavement. The gate arm now opens. The problem is I'm parked so tight to the machine I can't open my door to retrieve my card on the pavement. So I pull forward enough to get the door open and the cars behind me start to blow their horns. I get out and realize the card has bounced well under my car. By now the cars are lined up about 20 deep behind me. I crawl under my car and finally retrieve my card. But this has taken so long the gate arm has now closed on the hood of my car. Now I reenter my card to get in but it won't work since the system thinks I've parked and need to leave in order to reenter. All hell is now breaking loose behind me. I press the call button , explain my issue and the attendant opens the gate to let me it.

What a night. So glad we won.

Does anyone know why we scheduled this game? This isn't a D2 school, they are D3. Is there a personal friendship here or something? There must have been 100's of programs that would have been a likely win but would have counted for something.

I had to hold off on buying games to the bowl game until I could be sure my son could go. It looks like UNLV no longer has any tickets and they would need to be bought in the secondary market through Seat Geeks. It appear there are not a lot of tickets left (few thousand) and those will need to be purchased through Seat Geeks. Most of the tickets are between $150-300 plus (still a few reasonably priced including the markup) .

Does anyone know if UNLV did sell out their allotment already?

Defense - 322nd
Rebounding Margin - 334

TOTAL REBOUNDS - 339th

There are only 12 teams in the Nation with worse rebounding performance that UNLV. You can't rebound that poorly and expect the rest of your game to overcome.

All on him for this loss, St Mary's gave them game and still won, your up 3 and get crap shot from 3, call TO set it up a play.
Cottrell is ultra finesse player, he's 10 minute a game player or basically bench and clap.

What horrible game, and they didn't earn the right to win game.

Thomas will be special if he stays, it's too bad he's got coach who's on his way out the door!

To say UNLV is cold would be an insult to cold, they are awful on the offensive end!

When I was leaving a patient’s house earlier WKU just scored their first TD.

Keep in mind that WKU was without their starting (and I think backup) QB. Wow!
