The rumor mills are going to be full tilt with players and NLI, poaching, etc. And they’ll be non stop. Guesses will be merely that, for the most part. Lots of people are going to hear lots of things. I’m talking beyond media and in the know fans … As a caution, some will be intentionally planted false info … you know, games played to drive up value. There’s going to be a ton of disinformation with heavy intention. And there will be some truths. And I think it’s going to be very difficult to figure out which is which …. So I’m not hanging my hat on crap right now because I can’t be sure. With typical recruiting, not saying it’s easy … but it’s certainly easier. With NLI … whole different ballgame.

As you might expect … word is heavy, heavy money offered to our best player. But maybe it’s not and it’ll be used to show a supreme loyalty. Or maybe it drives up what UNLV might need to keep (we lost Maiava bat way) …. Maybe it’s real and we can’t match. I don’t trust a lot of the info - it’s not that I don’t trust the people I’m getting info from, I do, they’ve been rock solid. But the actual info could be erroneous from the start. Usually with recruiting, I get far more details and am able to verify to be sure it’s the best info I can get. With NLI, it’s just totally different.

I remember that a good amount of people stated that they did not believe in opting out of a bowl game. So theres been some discussion on social media about whether LuRod is sitting out against Princeton. I remember some saying that they quit on their team and what not. Do the people that had strong feelings about sitting out a bowl game feel the same way when one of our own sits out a postseason game? Would you view LuRod as lesser or is that only reserved for players that are not associated with UNLV?

Lamar Rozen must be a horrible coach = Menzies? . They have 3 players in the transfer portal and all 3 are in the Top 10.

Decisions Decisions

Looking at the in-coming 3 kids right now, Jeremiah Bear Cherry 6'11 and Pape N'Diaye at 7'0, and James Evans at 6'6, looks like more athletic and length recruits. And the worst school UNLV beat out were BSU/CSU, and some P5 schools for these 3, so no Western Washington ect kids.

Looking at the roster as is, that's 9 kids, and 3 openings: i Have Johnson gone and Cottrell?????????? So transfers should be SF/SG/PG, and i assume the Big 12 pipeline is open, so need to look at see what kids might be looking for playing time who have been over recruited. Is there any other FR UNLV recruiting who can come in and play??????

To me year 4, NCAA or bye-bye KK.
