Does anyone think the Major conferences will get tired of bidding against each other and create some sort of cap on NIL payments. Things will eventually get out of control.
So I'm leaving after the game and listening to the radio ( Not hearing everything because I have two granddaughters in the car and they are yabbering on about which boy in the seats in front of us was the cutest and I don't hear that great anyway).
So the announcers are interviewing CKK and rebounding comes up. They asked why we suck on the boards ( not in those exact words) and CKK says something like "Well we don't run after a defensive rebound so they don't lose anything by just crashing the boards. They have no fear that well break away and make them pay".
It the opposite ,but the same premise !WE got completely hosed on the Syracuse call. MonsterJam and i had 3 different fans tell us they basically got lucky with the calls they got.

You get to bring back one of these three players in the portal. (We may get decisions any day from them so this may be a mute point)
DeJesus
Camac
Grimes
I'll go with Camac. I think he fits Arnett's 3-3-5 defense extremely well. Long rangey DE, decent first step. Makes plays in the backfield and is disruptive.
Grimes would be second. Experienced DB who can play CB or SF. A lot of versatility.
Love DeJesus but I think you can find guys that can replicate what he does easier than the two guys above.
Indiana proved they didn’t belong last night. SMU‘s in the middle of proving they don’t belong right now. If Boise gets routed changes will come quick and don’t be surprised if you see 4 SEC teams in there with a mountain to climb to get anyone from our conference in there.

As the article goes on it really breaks down how he attacks different defensive looks.
