Unfortunate we couldn’t pull out the Boise game. It would have kept the momentum going from a crowd perspective. Still, the crowds are consistently better than they’ve ever been. I’ve also noticed a nice mix of older alumni — older couples, families with legacy kids — as well as students and younger fans. The program is heading in the right direction, to state the obvious.

On TV it looks a lot less than 5k for sure. I can see my old seats and they are always empty

30k is pretty good. For reference that's better than approx. half of the English Premier League attendance. More than VGK. And probably 2x as much locals the Raiders draw to their shitty games. I know we see the LSUs etc with 80k+ but it's good to keep things in perspective.

Pretty crazy how much better the crowds have been. Late start and not much of a game, and we still filled most of the lower bowl with bodies.

Looking forward to the UNR game. Thanksgiving weekend doesn’t help a ton, but if we are 9-2 with CCG hopes still alive, should be a great crowd.

I could maybe see us getting ranked in coaches or AP. But the only ranking that matters now is CFP, and I don’t think we show up there quite yet.

Beat SJSU next week and then all bets are off.
