Line ‘em up: Predictions and Game Thread SDSU

Part of me wants them to take out the starters so no one gets hurt. And another part of me wants them to run the two minute offense with the starters all in the game and us up by 60.

Damn that is pretty good.
Pretty crazy how much better the crowds have been. Late start and not much of a game, and we still filled most of the lower bowl with bodies.

Looking forward to the UNR game. Thanksgiving weekend doesn’t help a ton, but if we are 9-2 with CCG hopes still alive, should be a great crowd.

It was a nice crowd, good to see fans rallying around them a bit more.

They still look pretty clueless inside the 10 yard line. Other than that, was pretty happy. We left 14 points on the field because we couldn’t punch it in from the one yard line on two occasions.

I know SJSU ended up getting blasted by Boise, but it was a tight game in the 4th. It’s going to be a tough game for the Rebels at SJSU.

Unfortunate we couldn’t pull out the Boise game. It would have kept the momentum going from a crowd perspective. Still, the crowds are consistently better than they’ve ever been. I’ve also noticed a nice mix of older alumni — older couples, families with legacy kids — as well as students and younger fans. The program is heading in the right direction, to state the obvious.

Is it me, or is officiating getting worse. I'm seeing so many horrible calls this year. Not just with UNLV, but across all off college football.

The thing that jumps out to me is it seems any aggressive play is unsportsmanlike …. The benefit of the doubt seems to tilt heavily on the side of an egregious act.

I’m sure UNLV has benefitted from it at times, but we had two costly ones this season.

But I noticed it before this season too, just moreso this season.

It's a result of the pussification of society in general.
