Here is On3's QB rankings in the Transfer Portal. When they say someone is in the top 5 in the portal it could very well mean that they are the top 5 of what is remaining. Look at all the QB's rated ahead and have already committed as transfers.

Our QB was not a passer at all!
He was serviceable for a few games but by the end of the season he had games where he was 5-18?!

I hope this guy is better, seeing how he was playing ACC ball instead of at Campbell or Holy Cross!

Our quarterback's threw very few picks this year . A few costly but not many. We are spoiled to that so hopefully is is able to control that.

We ain’t in the ACC so competition is far less and I’m still okay with a guy who scrambles enough to still throw the ball, instead of a run first guy like Slugka. This guy played P4 ball not Holy Cross level opponents!

I have seen a comment regarding their support in a couple of places, but nothing that was solid evidence that is true. It would be nice if the Big 12 had teams pushing for UNLV. I believe UNLV could also be a good move for the Big12 to get a large fan base by moving in a southwesterly direction.

UVA's struggled since Bronco left. I think his struggles revolved around feeling like he had to be the guy and carry the load. Not rose colored glasses assessment...

#3 Portal Qb and Ol' Miss was in on him as well. So definitely something to work with.

That's the opposite direction for FBS. The NCAA is allowing 20 additional scholarships - 105 - by the end of the '26 season.
