Looking forward to seeing our unis for the game. A big red N on the helmet would be sweet. UNR calling itself Nevada is an embarrassment to the state.
Boise actually went up on their lossA G5 loss to anyone is a death knell... BSU benefited by theirs being 3 months ago. Tulane, same deal - 2 months ago.
A P4 loss to a P4 team is ALWAYS a good loss in the eyes of national media and rankers.
Yeah he signed some good players no doubt none better than the White transfer.Arroyo did leave a nice stable of players for Odom to mold. Good recruiter, poor coach.
Winning 3 games and Thanksgiving in a few days they have a whole lot to be thankful for.A full week of smack on UNR over the Thanksgiving week. What could be better than that!!
Arroyo did leave a nice stable of players for Odom to mold. Good recruiter, poor coach.Good for Arroyo. Guy was a horrible head coach though. One of the worst head coaching hires in UNLV football history and that’s really saying something.
Still I wish Arroyo well and hope he’s successful as an OC. Jeff Horton was another terrible UNLV head coach and he went on to have a long career as an offensive position coach and coordinator.

Tulane, same deal - 2 months ago.No way.. they lose to us and they drop guaranteed 8 spots or more... yeah it'd be a ranked team loss, but they won't stay in top 12. The game is rigged against the G5s even with a guaranteed spot
They did. My point was that the ranked G5 non MWC teams are still "in the way" ... with Army probably falling out of the poll, they are basically a non factor. A Tulane loss to Memphis would be great for us. Losing to a team who could get ranked but can't make the title game basically locks up that BSU vs UNLV winner (if that's how it plays out....) is the G5 representativeBut I think Army already solidified their spot in conference title game right? Both they and Tulane? Tulane with wins over Memphis and Army could be problematic for UNLV. Still think Rebs would get the nod but prefer their be no doubt.

Should be 4 straight... fumbled away a win vs ranked KstateAlmost win or almost lose, which one would you preferred?
Crazy in college today. Air Force did not complete a single passing yard and won. Both Colorado and their State school loses. Kansas with a losing record have won 3 straight against ranked opponents. Great day for college football and UNLV.
Me too. Now at least the date is in their hands.$40 here.
The UNLV football fan in me saw CSU winning out and ruining our MWC Championship chances.
Unlikely but the top 12 go and they are 9th right now I can see a scenario where they lose to us close and remain 12th depending on losses behind them.Don’t think so. The spot were fighting for is the highest ranked non-P4 conference champion.
Only other way for them to make it would be as an at large, which ain’t happening.
$40 here. The happiest $50 bet I ever lost in my life was today with CSU on the money line.
Don’t think so. The spot were fighting for is the highest ranked non-P4 conference champion.I saw us projected at 21 on CBS. With Boise at 9. Depending on how things play out they could potentially lose to us and sneak into the CFP anyway.
LMFAO
+2000 I am curious what they are now I couldn’t find it on Fan Duel. What odds did u get for making the playoffs? Nice 👍
What odds did u get for making the playoffs? Nice 👍The happiest $50 bet I ever lost in my life was today with CSU on the money line. That is because my pre-season bet of $50 of UNLV to make the playoffs that pays $1050 is still alive 😀
LMFAOSure but we had Bryant last year to pad stats.
Every metric points to the offense being more productive than last year. We're just doing it differently this season. Last year more balanced, and more big plays downfield. This year leaning on the run game more.
He adjusted/tweaked offense to the skill set of his QB. His offesnse is versatile enough to adjust and be just as effective.
I just think people are selling what we're doing on offense a little short.
Here's another stat. We are top 20 in the country in number of offensive plays that have gone for 20+ and 30+ yards.
Seems pretty good for an offense that people are saying they don't see as being very innovative.
Point being perception and reality not always in sync.
