Donovan Spellman from Charlotte...
Interesting stat line.
Not sure if he had injury issues.
Only had 3 tackles on the season..
But two of them were sacks.

Donovan Spellman from Charlotte...Someone new, if so who?
They have 2 games on ESPN and both are vs ESPN schools (Big 12 Houston and ACC Cal)... that's the only reason ESPN is involved and I'm betting that "ESPN" means ESPN+ networkBack to the OP. The truth is that there is no reports of any of the specifics about the 2025 deal in terms of payouts. So nothing has really changed. The thing that HAS changed is that they are officially in business with ESPN again and technically CBS but that may be a technicality for the apple cup?
Their press release did show how good their numbers on the CW were, and they were quite good (averaged 431k for their games last year).
I dont know what they will get, but i think it could be a pretty good payout just with the CW numbers alone. Getting in bed with ESPN is only going to help that number

I have you beat by a mile. I have a Nigerian Prince I am working with who needs to move $25 million into the country and only needs my routing information and I will get 10%!Whatever dude.
I just got off the phone with a nice Indian sounding gentleman who's going to turn my 5000 dollar investment into 200k dollars over the next 12 months.
The only freshman QB to start at UNLV was Jon Denton? Was there anyone else?Lets be honest. This is a good pickup. However, will he ever start for UNLV? Only freshman that are elite come in and start. UNLV will recruit another good QB from the portal by the time Colandrea and Orji leave and Garcia will most likely never see the light of day in Las Vegas.
Passing wise Orji was God awful, if he doesn't improve and he starts we are in trouble. In terms of accuracy he makes Sluka look like Brady. But Mullen has a good history with QB's so it is definitely a risk that makes sense with his physical skills to take him. If he doesn't improve as a passer then he can still play a few plays per game and be productive at QB running the ball. That and Orji is physically gifted with abilities that make him a potential stud QB if Mullen can mold his passing abilities... I mean honestly, we were 2 bad quarters away from the CFP with 2 QBs who threw around 50% completion rating... Orji might not have been a prolific passer at Michigan, but we also don't need a 75% completion rate with 4000 yard QB to win the MWC...
Plus his name is Orji, the ladies will love him in Vegas. That and Orji is physically gifted with abilities that make him a potential stud QB if Mullen can mold his passing abilities... In 2024 we were in the red zone 38 times and did not score. I think that's why Mullen picked Orji up.
Abu will turn that $5000 into his pocket book. lolWhatever dude.

Could not agree more, how do you keep your jobs being that lousy… no vision at all.Just shows you how lazy and incompetent athletics has been over the past 20 years to not invest sooner in football program...
My bank offered 05% interest rate on my saving account. My 6 months CD offered 4%. 7+% looking great.
Harvard guaranteed 7.72% on their 10 years bond annually. If UNLV dont have something like this someone should start one. It might get an infusion of funds into the school and athletic department.UNLV's bonds might be a good investment for those who need 7% return or more. There is a bond for fans and alumni to buy into right?
Just shows you how lazy and incompetent athletics has been over the past 20 years to not invest sooner in football program...Wouldn’t this be something…
3 years ago we were still stuck with Arroyo and now look at us!
