Given we did better the second time around vs Air Force, I don’t feel too worried.I'm not feeling good about how we matchup against them
Sweet he can get that 1998 Honda Accord he’s been eyeballing.
Kevin's greatest challenge now is to get the guy play like they capable of...This should be a blowout, dude.
15k - ??? are you kidding me ?
That’s actually a good reliable carSweet he can get that 1998 Honda Accord he’s been eyeballing.
I never spent 15 K..I spent 27 K on hookers back in the day when I quit my state job.15k - ??? are you kidding me ?
Scrub spent 15k in hookers one week when he was banking cash working valet
-15k that's chump change - does that even cover travel cost ????
Yes it and that is what $15K will get you, old reliable Betsy. That’s actually a good reliable car
It's not exactly a performance based bonus that I'd want to encourage him shooting for imho, I'm surprised there's a non-NCAA post-season bonus at all.Yes it and that is what $15K will get you, old reliable Betsy.
It makes them sound cheap they may have been better off with nothing. It's like saying if you take us to the NIT you and your family get a comp to the Circus Circus buffet.
As long as you mean their offensive acumen, and not that they're running the traditional Pete Carril Princeton offense, I agree. They're going to run a version of offense that looks a lot like ours but with more motion and better shooters based a lot out of high pick and rolls trying to get switches for their excellent PG, Driving off the roll and kicking wing, and some screen back concepts where the high screen setter shows pick and pop but actually flexes out to the wing to screen the wing defender and get the wing player a catch and shoot. The Princeton offense worries me
Getting blown out in the NIT would put some serious heat on CKK. Especially by an Ivy League program. With a healthy team, we might be able to compete. ESPN is probably right. We lose by 16 or so.
I am too. I guess it shows how bad we have been. "Please just get us into the NIT." And for the first time in a decade we are in the "postseason."It's not exactly a performance based bonus that I'd want to encourage him shooting for imho, I'm surprised there's a non-NCAA post-season bonus at all.
Tom Crean (who cares ) has princeton winning the NIT...FYIKevin's greatest challenge now is to get the guy play like they capable of...This should be a blowout, dude.
A bonus for getting to the NIT?
it’s pretty sad, shows you the school’s actual standard.A bonus for getting to the NIT?
I’ll bet that hurts their chances more than it helps. Seems to happen often where a team that just missed out on the tournament no-shows for the NIT that they have no interest in.This is the exact same Princeton team that went to the sweet 16 last year. Theyre disappointed that they didnt get into the dance. TBD how that affects their mindsets.
Is it a bonus set by the school or by that thankfully gone blowhard Desiree Reed-Francis? Go on her web page at Missouri and she takes credit for everything at UNLV. According to her she is responsible for the new football facility, the stadium, $60 million donation drive, Allegiant stadium, etc. She even claims responsibility for the $8 million James Baumberger estate gift for UNLV basketball. I guess Tony Sanchez had nothing to do with the funds UNLV got for the new training facility? Now on she goes to Arizona where even the village idiot couldn't make things any worse!it’s pretty sad, shows you the school’s actual standard.
I remember when UNLV went to the NIT under Rollie and there was like 5 people in the Mack.it’s pretty sad, shows you the school’s actual standard.
I am hoping we win because I work in Providence so I will go to that game for sure.Awesome that we drew Princeton, I live 15 mins away and I’ll be at Jadwin Gym for my first UNLV game in quite a few years. It’s not the dance, but win or lose, it’s a step in the right direction.
