Unless you’re heading to a P4 that’s in the top 25, why would you leave UNLV given the trajectory of the program and the national coverage it’s received? Outside of a personal relationship such a decision would seem questionable.

There was some concern on the board that turning down the G5-PAC invite potentially played a role in CGO taking the Purdue job. It was all about the $$$$ for CGO. Nothing more. Can’t blame him because who would turn down an extra $200k per month.
How much is he getting? A lot of kickers are walk ons I can’t imagine this dude is getting rich from NIL. He is getting a chance to play in a big time conference and an SC education so hard to compete with that.

I might even be ok with seeding the top 4 as the top 4 and then seeding the next 8 as they do now, but like BB they need to at least protect the top 4.

This is how UNLV gets a Big 12 invite! Also, the executives at ESPN ie John Saccenti will have tremendous influence on expansion. But for Saccenti, no CDM.
