Theyd bring more... If the tickets are available they travel.I could see the average Big 12 team bringing 5-10 thousand fans to UNLV games.
I remember there being a large contingent of Iowa State fans in the stands when UNLV played the Cyclones a couple years back.I could see the average Big 12 team bringing 5-10 thousand fans to UNLV games.
Great. He's only a sophomore.UNM's offense is scary good.
Their QB is legit.
Don't dodge UNM... they have no defense but their offense has been Rolling... CSU isn't any better than any of those 3 teams, especially without Horton
Just win
Oh definitely. Possibly even more. Remember how Wisconsin (yes I know that's not the Big 12) used to bring down like 25k at Sam Boyd?I could see the average Big 12 team bringing 5-10 thousand fans to UNLV games.
I could see the average Big 12 team bringing 5-10 thousand fans to UNLV games. This goes back to my reasoning of us being accepted in a P4 conference. Fans would flock here every year. Thousands maybe tens of thousands. Depending on the P4 and school. Every fan that has the capital would have UNLV circled as their go to road trip. It would unquestionably add value to the conference and excitement. Also would add more $ for us and IMO more NIL money would come our way. I think we could jump from border Top 25 to Top 10-15 in just a short few years. The NCAA and P4 want to use our city ,but not our TEAM?? It not like we are the UNLV of old anymore. We have the facilities ,winning and experience for EVERYONE!
Up to about a decade ago unr received more state funding than UNLV even while 70% of the population is down here and UNLV has twice as many students. They still get more funding per student which is mostly due to a lot of crooked local politicians that still vote for more funding to the northern counties. Decades of this has left a lot of people hating unr.Good one! Touche.
Our original name won't fit on a helmet. "Agricultural College, Experiment Station and School of Science of the State of Washington"
However, in 1905 the school was finally able to officially change its name to the “State College of Washington” or more informally as Washington State College (WSC).
Funny, as I was looking us both up on Wikipedia this morning, I read about all the efforts the uw put in to undermine WSU all the way back to 1899. No wonder we hate those assholes.
Enough teasing from me.
🤣🤣🤣Is this why your handle is Loco? Canvas opened 7 years ago and you can't remember if you've been there? Is Peyote prevalent down there in the desert?
Oh really? I hadn't seen that. So getting 40 k would be unlikely, even with both north and south endzone 200 levels filledThe lower section was 100% sold out. They stopped selling tickets about 1 hr before the game started.
Good one! Touche. No Problem, does that mean we need to call you all WACSS Aggies? Or how about College of Washington...i mean you've only been Washington State for like 6 more years than we've been UNLV and only a university for the same stretch. Do you guys have any Washington Agricultural College and School of Science uniforms?
The lower section was 100% sold out. They stopped selling tickets about 1 hr before the game started. Is the attendance reported by the schools the number of tickets that are sold for the game? Or the actual amount of people that come into the stadium?
Syracuse game was reported at 31,329, and the lower bowl wasn't totally sold out (guessing maybe 1000-1500 seats remaining), and the 200 sections weren't open.
So if the attendance is the same as syracuse, and then you add in the extra 1200 or so lower bowl seats, that would put it at around 32,500. The north 200 zones are said to have 3,900 seats. So if those sell out entirely, that would put it at 36,400 for attendance.
I don't see any way we get to 45k at this point, but if they were to open the south 200's and do them at a discounted rate, you could possibly get close to 40k.
Yeah, I dont know why they decided to take the ball out of Keene's hand other than they thought they could beat us over the top...from their terrible back up QB.... that was one of the worst play calls I've ever seen.
from their terrible back up QB.... that was one of the worst play calls I've ever seen.Fresno tried that.... second play deep shot that we picked and it was all downhill from there...
