We agree. So assuming the Pac-2 writes that check, when does it get distributed? As far as exit fees go, I am assumning that they will be payable on 6/30/26. How can you be charged for something you haven't done yet? Although I guess I could argue the same about the poaching fee.Yeah, that name poaching is just a name started on one of these forums. But, yes the PAC owes us that $43 million within 30 days.

We are going to be in the money. If the four schools announced the same day then yes from that announcement date they have 30 days to pay. We just need the Presidents to tell Gloria to distribute that money to the 8 of us.

I doubt that's the case. Honestly we've had interviews where Harper discusses that they've been exploring alignment opportunities. While some of are anxiously and nervously thinking that the old UNLV is still out there waiting to screw us fans over, I think the new administration understands the landscape and is doing their due diligence to get us where we need to be. From facilities, to programs they're trying to elevate us. The conversations need to be tight lipped because the last thing you want is a leak about your discussions with say Big 12 blowing up because some sports desk guy disagrees with adding UNLV based on the box score (attendance, past performance, etc..)Or option 3 and most likely; UNLV ****ed up again was reactive and not proactive and screwed themselves again.

We just need the Presidents to tell Gloria to distribute that money to the 8 of us.So if we wait 30 days from Saturday, the 8 left get a cool roughly 5 million in cash guaranteed... then conference dissolves and everyone else goes their own ways... maybe the ones left behind get kicked a negotiated portion of a buyout as payout for NCAA tournament etc to keep them from real litigation...

But the section you quote - you sure "withdrawal fee" isn't "poaching fee"? Everything I read on the exit fees call them exit fees. Not withdrawal fees. Need the document....

Per my interpretation of the agreement the PAC will have to pay the withdrawal fees at this point regardless if the MWC dissolves. The wording is very specific. Had the MWC dissolved prior to the 4 schools accepting then there would have been no withdrawal fees. But, the MWC did not dissolve prior to the MWC schools accepting the invitation to the PAC therefore you are obligated to pay those withdrawal fees.
Here is the real kicker which I hadn't read before. You've got 30 days to pay the withdrawal fee.
"Any Withdrawal Fee which becomes payable by the Pac-12
pursuant to clause (A) of Section 7.01 shall be due and payable to MWC in full in accordance with
the terms of Section 2.03 no later than 30 days following the date each such Accepting MWC
Member Institution accepts, or announces that it will accept, such offer."

Paid $10 for parking at last game. Just go to the south of the stadium and there are a lot of private parking lots for $10-20.I'm wondering about that to.
That's the cheapest parking spot for 25 Dollars.

Kinda tough to read. Best rating was 19 from Reno. I saw that the Boise writer did not rank us, lol.
More 20's than I expected.

I believe Stadium size was removed.
I believe Stadium size was removed.Again why would they leave CUSA in what would amount to a lateral move now?
Wyoming USU Reno UNM aren't moving the needle on any media deal.
MWC current deal roughly 3 million. CUSA is 750k I believe.
That MWC deal was with Boise's name attached to it and three big markets in CSU/SDSU/FRESNO.
No way they get that again..
Now the FCS schools are an option but again how much are you getting by adding them? Maybe you get a deal around 1.5 ?
I don't know.
Plus you have to meet certain stadium size/attendance numbers to move FBS I thought. Does ECU meet them?
You could be right. Maybe MWC absorbs those schools and try and stand firm.
I'm not sure the logistics of it all.
All comes down to money. Investment and return.
Oh sorry it was a joke, the Union Plaza is downtown about 10 miles away.Which is where? I don't go down that way often and Google maps isn't showing anything
