Arizona sits at 9-2 with its only losses coming against Rice and Long Beach St. UofA itself is 3 game winning streak coming off a sweep of Utah Valley.

Starters for game #1 will be Dysinger going against some of his old teammates from Gorman, Game #2 will be Garcia...It would of been nice to have Peters available for a game this series.
Couple of tid bits from the UNR series...Going in they had beat UNLV 8 out of the last 9...It was the first time UNR was shutout twice in a series in their baseball history. Last but not least have some class Buddy!! He would not acknowledge anyone from UNLV, not even the players he recruited and brought in!!! Didn't talk to anyone all weekend, I'm sure the players enjoyed breaking out the brooms on his a--...
Hope everyone makes it out to the Arizona series tomorrow!!! It would be nice to have a great crowd out there to watch some very good College Baseball...

Rebels were put in a 5-0 hole in the first and couldn't overcome it. Looks as if Chambers got some young guys some PT after it was a blowout. Good spot to gain some experience.

Man I guess that was a dose of reality. Hopefully they have a better showing tomorrow & continue to improve as the year goes on. It won't happen overnight, but it will come.

Don't forget that once conference play starts we will be on a three-man rotation. Our three guys all pitched against UNR. All last night says is that our fourth starter is not ready and theirs is pretty good.
