For anybody that's been to practice, was that INT Sneed's full arm strength? Lord that was pathetic. If he were a pitcher he'd top out with a 75 mph fastball.
This staff needs to get out there and recruit a pass rush in the worst way.

I always hated running the option to the short side of the field. That's a bone head play call EVERY time.
If they can go into the half down less than a TD it's going to bode well for their confidence. The offense has to do something though. They look very stagnant and predictable at the moment.
If we don't pass for at least 1 yard, which we haven't done in the first half (0-5), I doubt we can win.
Right now, we are extremely lucky to be even remotely close. SDSU has 6x as many yards on offense.
May be the minority here, but there is a consistent theme I am seeing even when bad play turns it's ugly face. Nobody, and I mean nobody has expected the heart and toughness this squad has.
I'm not doubting this team's heart at all. I agree with you that they have fight and determination in them.
It is something that we have seriously lacked. Think the Clips, they can lose and still look good doing it.
I'm enjoying the defensive play, the best I can recall the team ever playing. That freshman linebacking group has grown up.
I will take a Tony loss over a Bobby loss any day of the week. And...we aren't outta this one yet boys.
The defense is doing a good job on the SDSU one trick pony which is going nowhere. The SDSU offense only has points based on mistakes from the offense. Hopefully, the team makes adjustments on the offense side and moves the ball. If they can get the offense going, UNLV is still in good shape.
They were really good. Didn't give up any long plays, containment was pretty good, tackling better than usual.
But TOP may come into play in the second half. Offense has to generate something if for nothing else to keep the D off the field. I can see Pumphrey having a field day.
they're blitzing on every 3rd down and longer than 4... can we get a screen or a draw or something that shows some kind of chance of beating a blitz?
how do you rush in there with your hands down at your sides? get your damn hands up and perhaps he doesn't complete that pass.
