The guy who couldn't beat out Maiava who many people on here seemed lukewarm with. Bring him in to compete, but he isn't someone I would write a huge NIL check to.Do we kick the tires on Miller Moss?
We are number 2 in rickets and by God we will pass Everglades, Florida in 2025...@wolfgang jayn
Tell me what’s great about Reno without bringing up Tahoe and something Vegas doesn’t do better.
Tony Dungy agrees...But coaches need to be fiery, outwardly demonstrative, yellers, screamers, have to be on the edge of a tech/unsportsmanlike in order to be a good coach. You cannot win with a poised, measured demeanor.
I know because I read it here many times.
I scratch my head at #1 (I've read this list before). WSU only has 15 varsity sports, so how come we don't get kicked out of the FBS?
#3 (Attendance) was rescinded a few years ago.
In any event, I believe that Sac St. would give us the required 8th member by 7/1/26 under the rules. If that weren't the case I'm sure we would have heard about it.
Another Chat GPT answer.
The requirements for an FCS team to transition to FBS are:
- Sponsor a minimum of 16 varsity intercollegiate sports, including football, with at least 6 male or co-ed teams and 8 female teams
.- Schedule and play at least 60% of football contests against FBS members, including at least five regular season home games against FBS opponents
- Average at least 15,000 in actual or paid attendance for all home football contests over a rolling two-year period
- Provide an average of at least 90% of the permissible maximum number of overall football grants-in-aid over a rolling two-year period
- Offer a minimum of 200 athletics grants-in-aid or expend at least $4 million on grants-in-aid to student-athletes annuall
- Pay a $5 million application fee (recently increased from $5,000)
.

Silly Coug - oh wait that's me. Now I get it. A little brain dead this AM.He works in a hospital. I think that he means he's administered 50 false positives.
They’ve been here before, some of the guys have experienced it already, already played Boise etc.Watched CBO presser earlier. He just seems to relaxed and confident. I think he figured Boise out this time around.
AIt’s called cell block c
we need to forum raid that motherf*cker..The Orange Julius at the mall.
That’s me complaining about Rice. Dude was legit cringe when he was upset. I felt embarrassed for him and the players. But coaches need to be fiery, outwardly demonstrative, yellers, screamers, have to be on the edge of a tech/unsportsmanlike in order to be a good coach. Only thing about the WV job is I believe there is a connection to the AD or President or something there. Doesn’t necessarily concern me that much, but sometimes that can make a job more enticing. Overall, I am not too worried as of now, but will see what other jobs may come open before I celebrate too much. It does concern me somewhat that no extension has been announced to this point. Hopefully one gets announced soon.

Here's a list off the top of my head of P5 job openings as of today and what type of threat they might pose.
UNC- This is a job if they came knocking would worry me. But I think they go a different direction. I think the Tulane HC might be in play here. Also the Liberty coach could be in play. He's very familiar with the area. Dan Mullen another to watch for.
WVU- Does not concern me the way UNC job does. Programs been stuck in neutral for awhile.
UCF- Malzahn just stepped down, which was a huge favor to UCF as there is no buyout. UCF was paying Malzahn 5 million a year. They've been solid in the past. Florida is a great recruiting ground. I might actually put UCF above WVU in terms of concern if they came knocking. But in some ways feels like an odd fit for some reason.
Purdue- Hit about rock bottom this year. That would be another complete rebuild to undertake. I'd say no, but, Cignetti's success at Indiana shows you can get it done at mid tier P4 schools.
Am I missing any other P4 job openings?
For those of you who want, it’s at the 6:48 mark
I thought it was telling. You can always misread … but dude seems super genuine and down to earth. I’d clink suds with him.

That was an amazing clip. I saw that during RebzoneIt was a good presser. Multiple groups of players was a nice touch.
I didn't save the link, but there was a nice clip, I think it was from the post game vs UNR. Odom opened the media scrum with, daughter on his lap and flanked on either side by Hajj and Jackson, thanking everyone for being there and mentioning that it was on that day 5 years ago he was fired by Missouri. He turned it into a statement about learning lessons in life and using them to your advantage to get better and do better. Looked like he was getting emotional, took a pause, and said he's proud of his guys and that he gets to be their coach, happy to surrounded by this group.
It was a nice moment
Do you think that our coaches have any new plays or trick plays that they haven't run before?
About going to Tulsa: he'll get the benefit of the doubt because it's the alma mater. I'd guess, hypothetically, he could be bad for 3-4 years and eventually get fired, but get hired as an OC at a p4 school at that time and just blame resources.Honestly, I think hes going to Tulsa. Maybe they're just waiting till all the conference stuff is played out to do so but the fact that we havent seen any conversation around his alma mater job opening seems to me that either he has no interest in leaving, or theyre focusing on the games and the rest will follow once thats played out this year.
