You’re right the first classes for “UNLV” occurred in a high school in 1959.Not from me buddy. This isn't my board, and I am respectful of that. If you want to talk shit and call WSU fans dumb, come on over to my board and have at it. Cougs are always happy to banter with folks from UNR Southern. We are in awe of your esteemed history. I mean shit, WSU had only been around for 70 years when Nevada Southern got its start.
Wikipedia: The first college classes, which eventually became the classes of UNLV, were offered as the southern regional extension division of the University of Nevada in 1959 in a classroom at Las Vegas High School.

However, classes (even in 2024) at Washington State are STILL in Pullman, WA.

I know some would like to hire Marion if Odom leaves, but I'd rather go offer a HC that might be on the sidelines looking for their shot and just looking for a big opportunity with a hood foundation.. We need to take care of our own business and beat them both ourselves. FSU is looking like they will be pretty good. SJSU looks decent and they have given us a hard time as of late. We don't have many easy games on our schedule and need to worry about our own games.So, would you like my Cougs to beat BSU and Fresno for you?
