First transfer to go.

Can someone here tell me what was the identity of Kevin’s teams the last four years?
On offense, it's generally pick and roll game, and a little drive and kick. In other words the offense that most people will run when playing pickups.

On defense, like his dad it's mostly man to man with low ball pressure, switching 90% of screens and ceding ground on dribble penetration to get help from a big.

But if you're looking for a an overall offensive identity this is the right answer:

1 singular player expected to shoulder team- hero ball

Honestly, every offense should have some pick and roll/pop game since it's so good against a switching man defense. I sometimes wonder if Kevin's D couldn't stop Kevin's O in practice so he just rolled that out under the assumption that if I can't stop it nobody else can. I don't mind having some switching man principles you throw in as a wrinkle especially against things like a solid pick and pop game, but I think the era of being able to run it for 95% of your defense is long over.

I don’t see how you recruit well when your not sure of your own team’s identity? What type of players you bring in should fit what you do well, with some exceptions due to their talent being brought in.

The only thing I can come up with is his teams were “inconsistent” and that is not an identity, it’s an indictment, which is not good!

Harper....The next UNLV head basketball coach

1 Billionaire will do the job. One did it at St. Johns. He's said recently "whatever you need just give me a call ".

Yep. Get 5k more paying fans per game, at $50/each, that's 250k more per game in ticket sales. Then add in food and beverage for another 100k/game.

So an extra 350k per game x 16 (or so) home games = $5,600,000 per year.

And that's just with adding 5k. Add 10 k and that number doubles to over $11 million more money per season
While your point is taken, to get that much more per game per ticket would require UNLV to sell a big chunk of the high priced tickets. I would be happy if UNLV could get $25-30/each per ticket. As for 10K at $50 each, 85% or more of the tickets that would be available have a season ticket price point at around $30 per game or below.
