I was just questioning myself... as I often do... 
Why am I so excited for this weekend?
We are 1-3...
Our starting QB is out... other top level players down...
The cornerstone of what winning football is for me is struggling ( D )
We just lost to a team we could/should have registered a W against...

Those of us that have been around and that are on this board are probably the best in the nation.../world... at rubbing dirt in a loss and getting on to the next game. This last game was different - the loss cut deeper. I realized it's because we have been witnessing what is really happening behind the scenes (relative) to UNLV football history... and we are excited on the potential... we can taste it!! - These players and coaches know more than we do (hard to believe, but I'll be the first to admit that) what they have been doing and how they are ready for results of the effort they consistently put in.
Why am I so excited:
Sneed can lead this team and has shown the ability...
Our D has swag and can battle ...
O Line/Orcas - Period
RB's - Period
LB's - Period
WR/TE - have the ability to light this thing up.
* DB's - know what they can do and know they need to get it done as Rebels
* DL - "
Our coaches ability to put a game plan together !!
Strength/Conditioning - Coach B !

Long time Rebel Fans know what has happened recently with the program and the potential. Has it been proven - not yet, but that's a large part of why I'm excited for the game.
