I know some are going to think I'm rehashing the past or bringing up CDR as if to defend him... I'm not. I'm just bored and continually refreshing Rebel-net and I didn't want to hijack a different thread.
Couple discussions going on surrounding the Cronin hire... his style... how many players will stay... how long will the fans put up with a total rebuild, etc. etc.
What if you drop CDR into a total rebuild scenario 5 years ago?
CDR had his faults, I'm not going to absolve him of those... but if he doesn't come in with an experienced team and beat UNC in that first year I wonder where we'd be at today.
