Looks like a solid DB prospect. With the seniors we lost in the secondary, Hodge, Hasson, Penny, we could use some extra help back there for depth.

No offense to who's leaving but if we lost our entire secondary I wouldn't cry. Maybe they need better coaching but they haven't been effective.

I do like this kid's swag and he seems to defend well.

Agreed, guys like Penny and Hasson who seemed to take step forward last year had some head scratching moments this season for whatever reason.

It will be interesting to see if there are position moves and the spring roster in general. Tim Hough and Dominique Fenstermacher were RS last year. Torry McTyer comes back and has played quite a bit his first two seasons at CB.

Interested to see where JT Nettleton and Chazz Eldridge fit in, both gray shirts, who were projected in the secondary or WR.

Safety we have Peni Vea and Blake Richmond are back at along with Kenny Keys and Troy Hawthorne.

Wonder if he's related to Charles Philyaw, former DE for the Raiders. Always nice to have those strong bloodlines.
