UNLV won 3 of 4 to go 22-12

It is tough with a new program to go with the expected highs and lows that a rebuilding year will intail. UNLV has gone through several tough games so this series may not be important in regards to the strength of Sacred Heart, but it was important in regards to turning the program around. UNLV came away with a pair of wins 9-2 and 8-6 to move their overall record to 21-12. While not as great of a record as everyone hopes for the first year of coach Chambers, it is a solid improvement over last years 29-29 record.

It is understandable that many missed the games with all of the talk being about who will be the new UNLV basketball head coach. Hopefully the coaching pick will be as good by Livengood as his pick of Chambers to turn around baseball.

Rebels take 3 of 4 in the Series

next up @UCR on Tuesday and then because byu gets their own rules the staff is all moved up a day to play a Thur-Sat series rather than the normal fri-Sun series.

UNLV also won 10-9 agianst Sacred Heart (who?) to win 3 out of 4 and move their record to 22-12
