Recruiting Limits

Per NCAA rules teams are limited to 25 new recruits per year. They are also allowed to replace up to 7 students who transfer out. Apparently first year coached have more flexibility. The rules have been changing because of the portal. So I checked this morning.

So Deion getting like 85 new guys falls under "more flexibility"? LOL
