No, I've been wondering that also. In addition to that, what sort of timeframe would teams be committing to, and how long of notice is needed to leave?

Does it really matter. If UNLV becomes a top program and gets an offer from a major conference, then UNLV would find the money. This is not the UNLV of the past.

If it matters to Florida State and Clemson - it could matter to UNLV.

I’d imagine it would have to be pretty large considering the impact of even a single team leaving.
