I've seen people saying the whole thing was a set up by Trump, but that just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't see any way that he (or anyone) would take a risk like that. Risk/reward doesn't make sense.
Correct, depending on conditions. A light bullet with a 10 MPH crosswind will move 1.03 inches at 100 yards. Heavier bullets and less wind about half of that down to basic bullet tolerance at no wind.
