That depends. Boise didn't cover either. They were 23.5 point favorites.
UNLV 40 Reno 24. Rebs jump out fast take big lead UNR scores few in 4th to make themselves feel better.
So if we lose to Reno by 18 and they cover but then we beat Boise we’re not making the playoff? Which G5 would be ranked ahead of us in that scenario?
We could beat Reno by 1, and Boise by 1, and we'd be in the CFP. How much we win by does not matter at this point. We just have to beat both. That's it.

There are under a thousand tickets left between the 100 and 200 level seating. I think there is a 70-30 chance they open level 300 seating. Currently ticket sales are probably around 37k-39K

Reno has played other good teams close, including 2 top 11 teams within 1 score. Also the Rivalry factor also plays a role. Just look at Georgia and Georgia Tech.

Thank you, but I got out of the military back in 2004. I do security work for the Dept. of Energy now. Get to sit out in the middle of the desert.
My son did communications in the Army National Guard, and was over in Kuwait/Iraq a few years ago. He was sent forward into Iraq with the combined special forces task force. Now does cyber security.
As I write this, there are thousands of people out front trying to get in. Don’t know what the holdup is.
