If Coach Mullen knows him, he should invite Kenny to come out and do a concert to raise NIL money. That would be incredible!
It would be really cool if he did a few songs at half time at one of the games. Might be a great way to bring in some new country music fans to see UNLV football!

An entertainer like him isn’t doing our crappiest opponent.

His only negative is that he the country mold of Jimmy Buffett. While I love Buffett's music, it doesn't exactly hype a crowd. It does, however, make one very happy.

The worst plane flight of my life was from Miami back to LV with a plane full of Parrot Heads fan group going to LV for the Buffet concert. Five and a half hours of absolute hell.
Tell me one half time show in the last 50 years at a UNLV football game that hyped the crowd, and you are worried about his show not hyping up a crowd?

Man, I want to like Kendrick, and there is some stuff that I do like, but I just can't get into it.
I was entertained enough with the show, but man I don't see his mass appeal.
Yeah other than one song with SZA I couldn't stand it.
Maybe I am getting old, but I thought that with the exception of a few songs, the half time show really sucked. There was one lady that sung, who I do not know, who I thought was really good, but otherwise not so much!
Yeah I remember watching a marching band and Up With People perform at halftime of the Super Bowl I would have rather have watched that on a loop than last night.
Fun fact, half time acts are not paid. At least not by the NFL. They get a 1k stiped for the rehearsal and the performance each. What I am not sure is whether they have to pay for the show itself or the NFL does that.

While that is true for the name acts, why would those who are just basic dancers, background music, etc... want to perform for free when everyone else is getting stinking rich? Just another case of the stinking rich finding a way not to pay a fair wage for work done! I wonder if I could hire some people to work for me and just pay them in good will, or are there different laws based on who you are? Of course, we know the law is never enforced fairly!
