This staff has been busy looking for immediate help for our positions of need. Doesn't seem like they're thinking too long-term in their plans but want success now.

I'm loving it! Put the current players on notice that their jobs aren't safe if they aren't producing.

I'm liking that they're going after some, what appear to be, quality jucos, especially on the DL. Doesn't take as long for them to ramp up and they can be productive earlier. A lot of these guys, on film, look like they have the right kind of attitudes, as well. They've got some "dirtbag in them," as Joe Bugel would say, "Our kinda people!"
