Never like to post stuff from youmans or graney but pretty much win or else for Dr if gets to next year.Whether you want Dave Rice for coach or not we will most likely all be able to agree if he's the guy after next year..

We've gotta keep him for another year.... as disappointing as the last few years have been, a little more patience could produce an enormous reward with the team we could possibly have next year. If not, he should probably be shown the door after next year....
