Are probably coaching their last season. But let's give them credit where it's due. A new state of the art training facility is coming, new stadium, the young core of this team is very exciting, we have a big time QB. The next guy (Chip Kelly) is walking into a winner. Unfortunately Tony Sanchez hasn't proven he can win, but has proven he can build a good buzz, I'd keep him around as a recruiting consultant.

But mark my words the next guy will win here.

If the wheels totally fall off, here's what you tell the money guys.

"You're giving us this money because you want a winner associated with your name. Obviously, this isn't happening with the current staff. We have a chance to do something special and get a guy like Chip Kelly who would really be a coup. The guy took another program to the top of college football. Had some success in the NFL. Now how do you feel about that?"

They were supposed to break ground on the facility along time ago. They still need money to get it going. Donors will be dying to donate big money after we lose to one of the worst teams in FCS...
