Being told that Zimm turning down opportunity to play with USA team,to stay and work with teammates is paying off.DM is calling him his guy,because he loves his menatlity and willingness to work.Folks dont understand the value of your best players showing leadership,and holding themselves accountable.No disrespect to Wood,because i loved Wood as a talent,but this is a major boost in comparisons to what i was hearing last year.Yes Wood was still our best talent,but when talents dont see him work hard,it messes with the overall morale of the team.Thanks Zimm,this is what we taught DM,and your prescence is already rubbing off with teammates.
