Slow conference start will absolutely BURY the Rebels. Just a quick look at the schedule, the first half of the conference season is "easier" for the Rebels with SDSU and Boise at home. Back to back and only a couple of days in between, but still at home.
The one-time road game is at Utah State (they don't return back to the Mack) and the one-time home game is vs San Jose (we don't go on the road for that). That's a disadvantage because SJSU is a W wherever it's played and Utah State is going to be very tough. Closing at SDSU might be a really huge game. Hopefully it's not - hopefully the Rebels have the conference title well wrapped up
