Just heard form an extremely reliable source that we won't add the 14th and 15th scholarship till the NCAA/House agreement is finalized later this spring-early summer.

The house settlement still needs to be approved. Until then we are at our scholarship limit.

Do not know anything about Tobias Bass, so not sure how they determined this list? Some of the teams on that list are typical fairly far down the power ratings as basketball programs, so I will just hope that being on this list leads to wins!
