Thought I would start a new thread for all the tailgaters.
This week's menu for our tailgate:
Grilled Flank Steak with Argentinian chimichuri sauce, grilled onions and peppers served inside warm pita bread topped with either crumbled feta or ranchero cheese.
Also grilling up a pork loin as well.
Side dishes include:
Tomato and cucumber salad with garlic, cilantro and lime vinaigrette.
And either a pasta or potato salad.
And of course Chips, salsa and bean dip for starters.
And Beer.
