Are you talking about Andre Collins?

He has been ok this Spring. UNLV is really deep at WR so it will probably be hard for him to see the field a lot this fall.

I think he has a better shot next year to get see significant playing time.

Honestly, haven't seen him do enough that makes him stand out (though I ve only been to 3 of the practices thus far, and if Bull hasn't seen it, it probably hasn't happened). I do think he will eventually have his time in the light. Can't have too many tall and fast receivers with good hands.
