It sure sounds that way. Step 2 isn't a guarantee, but they're going to expand and it won't be just one team. Unless they step on their foot it sounds like Vegas will finally have a team. Hopefully they support it, should be interesting. Are they going to play at the MGM Arena? And who is Bill Foley?? I've never heard of him. Is he a casino owner??
