When you are younger you will bounce around for a few thousand more, but as you get older, a solid wage and stability becomes more important. My hope is Odom is in the solid wage with stability over the bigger paycheck without any stability. With Odom running UNLV for another 3-5 years, I could see UNLV football as a nationally relevant powerhouse in football that will eclipse the best of Boise State.

We should go all out. 10-2 plus a win in the MWC championship game to get to 11-2. Then as a #12 seed in the playoffs, we would need to win four games to be national champions, so 15-2 sounds good to me!

I’m glad they flew over to Hawaii today. John Robinson used to take them over for a few days. Arroyo made a huge mistake taking them to Hawaii the day before. It ended up costing him his job at UNLV. He needed six wins. Only got five.
