I think the potential for some ugliness is/has been there.
This isn't supposed to be difficult. Now everyone looks again. And everyone is going to look a lot worse if this doesn't work out Friday. Oh, I think it will work out. They aren't going to want to look any more foolish than they already do. My guess is there's a lot of posturing going on, there will be a lot of he said/she said, a lot of finger pointing, The North is going to cry, the Regents will get upset about "paying too much", waaaah, waaah, waaaaah.
I'm sorry, but in the past when I've said I'm close to my breaking point with UNLV basketball, it has never been about a coach, a season or wins and losses. It's all THIS garbage. Man, there can't be any program in the country that's less about basketball than UNLV. Seriously.
It'll be interesting viewing Friday. I'm trying to scramble some things around so I can make it. It's open, so anybody can go. If anybody is free at noon and cares at all, you might want to make and watch the potential spectacle, maybe be heard.
