I remember paying $3 at the Red Rock theater. Took my wife and son to the movies last weekend and for three tickets, a large popcorn, three drinks and a candy it was just over $100. For a movie with a handful of snacks. $100.

When I bring my great granddaughters and a few of their friends I expect to drop around $ 200
By far the biggest crowd with 45 minutes left to go. Standing out front looks like three rebel fans to one Boise fan.
Lower level packed. 200 about half. Solid BSU fans, could probably fill 4 sections.
About 20k more than next home game.

Yeah that is frigging awesome and clearly a lot of UNLV fans too that Rebels chant is coming loud and clear through the TV.
What sucks is that after a huge game, we lose, go on a bye, then go to Hawaii...

Odom wants that Boise State win. He's not going anywhere until it's checked off his bucket list.
When you look at the annual coaching shuffle after the season is over there are only two or three G5 coaches that move up. ( 2022 had two and 2023 had two) The category most picked from are P 4 coordinators - not G5 coaches. Plus Barry has been there and he has to know that going to a P 4 bottom feeder could be the end of the road if he doesn't pull off a huge turnaround. And turnarounds seldom happen. If we pay him, I think we'll be able to keep him for at least a few more years.
Arkansas potential opening is the one that scares me.
The pressure to win and expectations at Arkansas is real! He has already exceeded our expectations and a raise from UNLV and we could have our own version of Sonny Lubbick. A great coach with P5 experience who only needs to be bowl eligible every year to be retained here! You could be right about the hogs but I think we could keep him here because of what I mentioned!
Yeah it is hard to tell the motivation is he Mark Few? That is our best hope. Lifestyle and good money with less pressure hopefully that is what he is looking for.

Not sure if this link will work but this was the best UNLV football game crowd I’ve ever been a part of (not including when a team rolled in with 25k of its fans like Wisconsin). And it didn’t seem like it was a bunch of curiosity seekers but folks coming out to really support the team. Even though we lost I have a feeling many of those fans will come back. Odom is doing such a great job. That atmosphere will help recruiting and provide further evidence to the Big12 that they should get UNLV into their conference before sooner rather than later.
it was around 6-8K for BSU and 37-35K for UNLV. It only looked like a lot of BSU fans, because they all came in on the north side of the stadium.
Best part is they didn't give away tickets to get there. $48 for the cheap seats. I paid $200 a seat for 100 level. That's 20000 more seats sold than season tickets at average of $75. 1.5 million in extra revenue
imagine this. We had more PAID people in 1 football game than almost the whole BB season combined.

Sure, We'd all love to see the Mack full again... Look at what happened in just 1.5 years of establishing a winning culture in football. 42,00 fans, big crowds, excitement... If basketball can also start winning, the fans will come back even faster.
Not only does Kruger need to start winning, he also needs to get a lot more involved in the community in the same way Odom does. While I don't expect Kruger to go out and ride a bull, he needs to do something to get more invested with the community.
I hear you. We probably would’ve been better off if Dave was still there. I do look forward to watching Bear Cherry. It sucks DJ Thomas is already banged up. We haven’t made the NCAA tournament since 2013.
