Wow, Dwayne. Now I'm wondering if HE turned the corner here. Quite honestly, this type of impact is similar to what I expected game one. I guess better late than never. He's been a man out there.
Glad to see Cody get a few scores, teams have been sagging because he hasn't/can't score(d). I think he opened a few things up which can be big in a tight game.
I still think it's going to come down to who controls the backboards. Seems like SDSU had their way early but UNLV battled back.
It's going to be another one of those games. Ticks on the clock will matter.
People can hate on this team all they want. They haven't done as well as most hoped and expected, but you can see a certain something with the young guys. And the team doesn't quit. That might not matter much to many this year, but it will going forward.
Ps, JJ is good. But please, somebody at least challenge some shots.
