My son dated Maddux's older sister in HS & as a Soph my son played baseball with his older brother who was a Sr. Also, my other son, as a Freshman, played baseball with Maddux when he was a Jr... so I know a bit about the family. The Madsen boys are short. Maddux is listed as 5'10" but that's definitely with a brand new pair of cleats on. They're all very, very competitive too. Their Dad was Utah Valley University's baseball coach for a bunch of years until recently. All the Madsen boys have baseball names...Mick, Maddux, Mays & Murphy 🤣
Anyway, Maddux and fam are decent people and all, but they're cocky as all hell. I hope we beat the SH!T out this team...but I'm not sure that's in the cards. A win would do & I'd love to see Maddux turn the ball over a few times just to make it sweeter! I'd hate to bump into any of them if we lose this game, because they know my boys and I are UNLV fans.
