Above are the athletic logos or spirit marks for MWC schools.
Falcons, Warriors, Aztecs and Aggies do not represent their mascot as a logo. Most likely because it's hard to create a representation for these types of entities.
We need to reconsider whether Hey Reb should be represented in the mark. Or how much the representative station should mean.
Most of us agree that this design did not resonate with long standing fans. As some of us know, this is not the first change to Hey Reb or UNLV logo. Past changes did not go easily as well. Personally I truly hated Roid Reb.
So, although I am not a fan of this Hey Reb and it's not going to really mean much in the end. This will likely be one of many refreshes to come. I give this one 1 year just for university to save face. I'm fine with modernization just give me a decent mark.
