Maybe the guy ought to build a winner here first? I like Sanchez and i think ultimately he's the guy for the job, but he still has a ways to go.

He does. Those CSU DL line are old and fat, I just cannot believe they cannot come up with plan to attack it.

It's going to take some time to build this up. The program has had 3 back to back seasons since 2002 with 3 wins and 1 of those is currently with Sanchez. This is football it takes a lot of players to make a team good and cupboard was pretty bare when he came in
