What does it say about Americans' trust in the media when the collective left of center msm spend over 8 years putting on a fullcourt press to insinuate, ridicule, and smear Trump and yet Americans go ahead and elect him by a comfortable margin any way? I see some downsizing in the future for CNN and the other news networks.
The MSM is dead. Their believability was dwindling day by day as it was. If they’re in unison, it’s a lie. People were starting to realize that. And, believe it or not, I think Musk had something to do with that, because he did something the Dems didn’t want - he preserved, gasp, free speech where he could. Don’t know that I’m crazy about the guy overall, but for that one thing, I’m eternally grateful because, as I’m sure you know over the years here, I fully advocate free speech. Mis and dis information are catch phrases for “I don’t like what you’re saying” … a lack of free speech tears at the very fabric and foundation of this country, imo. You want to tear down the country, taking away free speech, controlling every narrative (propaganda) is the most effective way to start. Have to get rid of The Smith Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, it allows the government to legally control the news, essentially, and it’s a license to brainwash through the airwaves, imo.
I’m registered Indy probably because I’ve always hated politics and I hate liars and that’s the one thing politicians actually do well. Every side. But I do absolutely believe in the Constitution and it’s led by free speech.
The Republicans are in a huge state of power for at least 2 years with control of the white house, senate, house of representatives, and a conservative supreme court. I hope they use it to do some good but also try to establish some cooperative relationships with the Democrats and not just bulldoze them to death.
Kamala Harris did her best but she was not a good candidate for president. She was like the backup QB that gets thrust into a game that they aren't prepared on playing in and the team is already down big when they come in.

Funny how it is trash day for my neighborhood today! I loved how the media is still making every excuse in the book and saying that most of the votes came from a flood of people that hate President Trump but didn't trust Harris. The truth is most of us would have voted for him no matter who they put up against him. The media just doesn't get it!
Insurance: Medical, homeowners, and Car are all my biggest issues! Insurance has increased by thousands every year.
If they can deliver on the economy the way they promised to each group and we flourish economically, then the outlook will be even more positive for the next 2 or 3 cycles. Bring down costs, increase wages, lower taxes and the voters will continue to support you. It cant just be lip service now.
Already did it during his first term with the exception of the Covid period of time at the end.
we went to war with ENGLAND over taxes and was considerably less than what we pay now. They tax us over every dollar earned and then spent, over and over again. Then they divert our money to things that they have no business doing so.
Had the media had fair reporting stories about Biden dementia a long time ago, then Dems would have picked another candidate that likely would have beaten Trump. Thet deserve what they got for their media control.
Now people are waking up to fact that Kamala got like 14 million less votes than Biden did in 2020. Yet they said this turnout was huge. People starting to realize 2020 needs to be looked into.

What's funny about this is they want it looked into or investigated or recounted like the Trump campaign/GOP made those votes disappear... Not the other way around.
My experience is costs for basic items don't generally go down ( groceries, cloths, transportation ). Cost of housing can go down significantly, but within a few years it rises up and surpasses the previous highs. Gas Prices do go up and down but the general trend is up ( for instance I remember gas at 23 cents a gallon)
The key is for the average person to have earnings increase more than price increases.
