I'm not so sure. Roger announced at 4:03PM, CTS tweeted at Fight for the 702-Rep Your city at 7:10PM AND Las Vegas Visitor Sign at 8:00PM. Pure speculation but I think there are two.

Does Mann play DE for UNLV or will he be moved to a LB? A bit undersized to be on the line. I don't think it matters. He spots the QB well and he showed some brain to stay in position and not over pursue in that screen play. Good addition.

Yes and as @reagan21 pointed out he plays smart. He seems to employ different strategies to keep the blocker off balance.

He's actually bigger than what he looks like on film. Listed 6'2/6'3 255. Plenty big to play DE at D1 level.

I initially thought he looked 'smallish' for a DE something like 6'0 240.

I think you may be onto something though, if we go to more 3 man fronts, I could see him playing some rush OLB as well.
