My pick is Dwayne Morgan. Should of been border line NBA. Had the physical tools to be great ,but had some other things holding him back??

I agree with these two.
Anthony Bennett should have been way better than he was, but his work ethic also held him back.
Katin Reinhardt had a massive ego and wouldn't listen to anyone. Keon Clark's personal issues held him back too.
McCoy, Wood, Bennett, Clark, Kambala, Greedy, Hamga, Robinson, Kelly, Herod, so many others.
Greedy, Chris Wood, McCoy, though McCoy was the best player on the team (though he didn't have Juice's grit).
Just going to focus on anything in last 20 years
1. Bennett- he was a beast, but after his sleeping injury due to beds in Wyoming or something he wasn't the same player and trickled off despite being incredibly gifted.
2. Cody Doolin- was supposed to be the PG we desperately needed during Rice era, never really materialized.

Derrick Jones would've have been a 25ppg 10 dunks-a-game beast if he stayed 3 years.
But amounted to zero here. Big time recruit, averaged about 5 points per game, called Bayno a retard in the papers, transferred to Seton Hall, averaged around 2 ppg there over the next three years.
Larry Johnson since he should have hit that shot against Duke in the 91-92 FF.
Yeah, that’s an awkwardly bizarre story. I didn’t know him well, was at many pickups with him and that group and got to know him a little bit. Scary how that all played out.
Dwayne was pumped too much and was every strong with workouts. His BB IQ was low and he thought he was different than what he was. He wasn’t a scorer, shooter. He’d have been a good undersized power forward, basically, could have been a Wendell White type. But thought he was Dominique.
Zimmerman I think knew he'd really get exposed if he went anywhere other than a school like UNLV and probably was what he was at UNLV. Maybe I am mistaken but didnt his stock begin to fall in High School from earlier years? Could start a new thread here about Gorman players that didnt live up to anything near their expectations/rankings.
Reinhardt actually had a pretty good 4 year college BB career averaging over 10 ppg in each of those seasons. I think his one year at UNLV he was a little immature but he was only a freshman.

Agreed, he would have been better if he had stayed. I would put him on the short list but Keon Clark at the top because of his talent.
