Curious if Brian Johnson comes with. Guenther has a lot of experience, not an innovator or schemer like Odom but we should be ok there with more talent.

I am a huge Brian Johnson fan. A great leader, player and coach. I rember when he led Utah to upset Alabama in the BCS bowl. I don't know if he would consider a college OC again or if he is waiting for an NFL head coaching position. In my not so humble opinion, hiring him would be a home run.
