I grew up a Gators fan. Mullen helped Tebow, then went to Mississippi St and had huge years with Dak before taking the Florida job. Unfortunately for him, Saban, Ed O, and Kirby Smart all were coaching in SEC at same time recruiting the same players. He still managed to win a bunch of games at Florida, make Trask into a Heisman candidate and turned Kyle Pitts into a top 5 pick...absolutely a home run hire.
As to keeping Marion, I had same thought. Both are offensive geniuses and could benefit from each other. Not sure if Marion stays on, but it'd be a really smart move.
