I would assume that it's the same piece of land that has come up in a few previous efforts that Don Snyder has been involved with. Remember the "Mega-Events Center"?:

How do you pronounce that street name, "dek-OH", "DEK-oh", "dek-OW" or "DEK-ow"? It's still Deckow if you're only writing/typing it, but it may come up in actual spoken conversation. I always try to lessen my chances of appearing a buffoon whenever I can.

I really hope this happens. I also think if it gets approved that this is a further sign that UNLV is making a push for Pac-12 expansion. Medical school, improved football facilities, actual booster money headed toward football. It all points to it..
