While social media isn't the only factor potential employers use, it's probably going to raise some red flags with those who question his personality and maturity. Maybe he needs to beg UNM for considering him for their opening (at HC or OC).

One reason I smelled snake oil on him besides Sluka every time there is a mistake on the field it was the players fault dude was always quick to blame a player.
That’s what I was thinking. Dude has a bowl came coming up and he’s acting like a spoiled toddler whose toy was taken away from him. I understand that in the coaching biz loyalty is not in their dictionary. I get it. But it doesn’t mean you have to be spiteful. My guess is that Odom told him the OC job was going to someone else as well.
He's at a job for one year usually.
